How do I book?

Please use the form on the contact us page. Small items will require a payment upon booking. For larger events a 50% deposit is required to secure the date and the remaining amount to be paid 7 days prior to the event. We will provide you with payment instructions once we have received your booking.

Can’t see what you are looking for?

We have broad experience of many different events and are able to cater to your requirements.

Dietary Requirements & Allergies

Please advise of any special requirements when booking in the comments section and we will do our best to accommodate this. We are able to cater to most dietary requirements including gluten, lactose and vegan.

Do you only cover Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire?

No, we are more than happy to travel to surrounding counties.

Do you offer refunds?

No, we do not offer refunds. We can however amend dates if advance notice is given.

Are you fully insured?

Yes, we are fully insured. To ensure we are providing best practices we regularly keep up to date with current hygiene and health & safety training as well as holding a 5 star food hygiene rating.

Feasting Tables & Boards FAQ’s

Do you provide plates and cutlery?

Yes, we can provide you with crockery or our Palm leaf plates.

Do you provide the table?

We don’t provide tables but they can be hired separately.

How long can the food remain out on the table?

We advise a 4 hour time period for feasting. After this time the food should be disposed of.

 

How does the food keep fresh and cool?

We keep all food cool during delivery.

Tables must be provided in a cool area away from direct sunlight.

Food on the Feasting Tables and Boards can be left out for 4 hours, and then must be disposed of.
