Seasonal ingredients are at the heart of our feasts. When we create a menu, the first thing we consider is what is in season at that time. This helps us to protect the countryside and environment, as well as supporting local communities.

We have incredible local suppliers that provide our ingredients. This means we can support our local community.

We’ll even let you know where your ingredients come from. We believe there is something special about knowing who produced it.

Reducing waste

Reducing food waste is crucial in protecting our environment. We order everything on an event by event basis to reduce food waste.

When packaging your products we never use single use plastic. It will always be reusable or recyclable and wherever possible, compostable.

Buckmoorend Farm

Buckmoorend Farm is a small, family run farm surrounded by natural woodland and nestled in the beautiful Chiltern Hills. It is part of the Chequers Estate, and is steeped in history.

Buckmoorend Farm supplies a range of homebred beef, lamb and pork as well as sourcing local high quality chicken.

Rectory Farm

Rectory Farm grows seasonal produce for local retailers, as well as running a ‘pick your own’ in the summer months.

Their range soft fruits are perfect for our Feast Tables, as well as being the perfect ingredient for our range of jams.

Wessex Mill

Wessex Mill is a family run mill in Oxfordshire. High quality wheat is sourced from surrounding farms, a traditional roller milling process is used to create their range of flours.

The mill supplies a number of Michelin starred restaurants as well as receiving the Great Taste Awards, producer of the year in 2018.
